Percy graduated from Ovid High School and the U of M School of Pharmacy in 1912 having done prep work at Kalamazoo College. He became a partner in the Calkins-Fletcher Drug Co. in Ann Arbor, is well and favorably known by all the medical men of the University other faculty men and others; known as the representative of the Eastman and other Camera and Kodak Companies. He was the first one to take movies of football games, these being used by the U of M Coaches (Yost et al) for their early after game SKULL sessions.
