Rose Meyerdirck received a communication from the mayor of Bergen NH dated October 11, 1941 stating that Frederik Willem Meijerdirck was alive and still living at Bergen NH, 44 Doorntjes. Rose at that time was living at 500 Normandy Avenue in Baltimore.3

Rose Meyerdirck's second trip to Holland was on the Veendam from New York to Rotterdam leaving May 8, 1926 with her daughters. She returned June 19, 1926 on the Rotterdam to New York, expecting that F.W. would follow. He did not.3
